We are looking for a commercial Assistant for our Brazilian subsidiary. As part of the local Sales team, you will work in close relation with our internal Corporate departments, our suppliers, customers and partners and support our Sales Team.
As such, your main responsibilities will be as follows :
- Contracts management in contact with our customers
Coordination of purchasing processes for the subsidiary – Materials and Services
Payments and accounting – interface with our corporate accounting bureau
Manage diverse banking operations
Support to Regulatory Affairs – Providing documents, certificates and contracts
Suppliers management in link with our Supply Chain & Logistics department
Coordinate local events participation or organization and exhibitions management
Coordinate and provide consistant reporting on administrative and financial data
Support Sales Administration and know its basic processes to be able to substitute the Sales Admin. when necessary.
Have a degree in Business Administration, Finance or relates areas and 2 to 5 years of experience in similar functions in Office Management
Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Be familiar with commercial and financial documentation processes (banking, tax, customs...)
Know basic taxes mechanisms of Brazilian legislation.
Having Portuguese as mother tongue and being fluent in English in reading, writing and conversation.
ERP experience is a differential.

To be curious and responsive and have a good sense of communication; This will allow you to be quickly operational with the various departments (sales, production, supply chain ...)
